Publishing is how you take a session or course from a Draft to complete item, that can be scheduled.
After creating a course or session, they will be regarded as a Draft. You must complete the minimum inputs before you publish. If you have not done this, you will see the below message on your left hand side.
To publish, enter data into all the areas marked in red.When a course or session is ready to be published you will see like this on your left side.
Click ‘Publish’ button to publish the course or session and click publish now on the pop-up message.
Note: Once the session or a course is published you wont be able to change few fields that are Key artefact type, number of segments and exams in case of sessions. For Course, adding or removing a session is not allowed after publish.
The new course or session will be available under course or session tab as below.
