A sprint in a group of sessions put into a schedule.
A sprint report shows completion data by session based of that schedule.
Users can only see sprints relevant to their access level and team membership.
Once you select a sprint, you are required to drill down to access lower level scores. This can be done on the left of the grid. Select a category or team to drill down.
Below colours help to identify the progress of each activity.
Green – Activity is completed
Yellow – Some progress has been made
Red – Activity is not started yet
Scoring
Scores are calculated using the same method as the Discipline score.
Select roles
You can select the roles which you want to be displayed. The roles will be selected by default, based on role settings.
Click here to know more about role configuration, which can be set by only group admin.
Why scores do not show for different roles
Depending on the role configuration mentioned above....
'Member' scores do not show any coaching scores because that role is not required to do any coaching.
'Team Leader' or 'Coach' scores do show coaching scores as they are generally required to coach. This score is their personal coaching score for that session(s). Similarly, they are generally not required to complete content or activity so they do not generate a score in those columns.
Gear settings icon
You can choose the scores such as discipline score, content score activity score and etc, which you like to be displayed.
Include hidden roles in roll-up scores
Users can uncheck this to see the scores for their desired roles, which can be selected from 'Select Roles' drop-down.
Note: When it is enabled, sprint report will display the scores of all the members as below though you have not selected some roles under 'Select Roles'.
Absent
If a member is marked absent for the session, the member will be displayed as absent in the report and it will not affect the discipline score.
