The Activity functionality is designed to give detailed and accurate reporting from comprehensive results to an individual member’s results for a specific session. These reports enable users to see real results and to monitor how effectively this training platform solution is being embedded within the team or organisation.
Whenever users,
- watch a video
- submit a journal entry
- receive or make comment and ratings on journal entries
These data are captured and then drawn in the reports that members, coaches, team leaders and group administrators are able to see.
To view the progress of the team, click results in main menu and select activity tab on your left side.
Here users will see a bar graph with data. The data is shown as a fraction of the videos/journals available. Members are able to see how many of their videos they have watched, started, not looked at as well as how many of their journals have been submitted, coached or are yet to be finished. On top of this, coaches and team leaders will also have data that shows these same results at a team-wide level over the last week, quarter and year.
If you have access to multiple teams you can select which or how many teams you would like to see the results for by choosing the team names from the drop-down menu under the 'Team Filter' button to the right of the Team Statistics heading.
Hovering over the colours in the graphs will show the accurate numbers for that piece of data.
Drawing and Exporting Completion Data
Many coaches have access to a multitude of teams and need to be able to drill past a holistic team level in order to see exactly how individuals are implementing the CadenceCoach solution. The completion filter offers a way of selecting reports by team, individual and session. When coaches and team leaders click on 'export completion data' they will see a pop-up like the one shown below.
As you can see from the image, the completion filter is easily set out for coaches and leaders to select the required filters. The image above is relative to a team leader who only has access to the one team but for those who are a part of multiple teams, the first step will instead be to select the teams relevant to the report you wish to draw. In order to tailor your reports:
Team
Select the team(s) you want to know more about.
Users
Select the users you would like to see results for. The users available to be selected will correlate with the teams you chose in the previous step (i.e. only users in the teams you picked will be available to choose in this step). If you're having trouble finding somebody in particular, you can search for them in the text box at the top.
Modules
Select the videos you want to see results for. The videos are grouped by category for ease in finding them. Again, the options available will relate the videos available for the teams you selected. If you're looking for a particular session and aren't sure which category it falls into, use the search box at the top to narrow down the options you can see.
The last step is to select the data you want to see in your report. While you have to select users and videos (so you know who related to what), you can also select to see how many of their videos and journals have been completed, which of those have coaching comments against them, and when all this was done. Once you've made your selection, click on 'Export' and you will receive an Excel file in your downloads that shows you all the data you chose
You can select any number of teams and or alternatively you can search for an individual and available sessions.
