There are two ways you can capture success stories
- Capture direct from a post
- Create new
Capture direct from a post
Note: Success capture will only be available to the Super Admin, group admin.
Where field exercises and updates are posted, they allow for direct capture as a success story.
Click on the three buttons in the bottom right hand corner of the post. This will open a drop down menu.
From this menu, select Capture Success Story.
This will open up a pop up page of compulsory and optional data fields. Fill these in then select 'SAVE'.
This will save that item as a success story.
You can capture posts direct from the activity feed, session page, and in playbooks when 'show full context' is on.
Captured stories display in a green or yellow highlight.
To de-select a story, simply follow the above procedure on an already captured story but select '-' success story. This will remove the capture on that story.
Create new
Success stories can also be created without any relationship to a post. This is ideal for a conversation or meeting that took place but was not written down as a post.
To capture, go to the Results > Success Stories page.
In the upper right hand corner select 'New Story'.
Note: This option will only be available to the Group Admins.
This will open up a pop up page of compulsory and optional data fields. Fill these in then select 'SUBMIT'.
This will save that item as a success story.
