Team Meeting mode is designed for group sessions when participants are remote, or not in the same location.
Start a meeting
To access Team Meeting mode, in any session, select the team meeting button.
A drop-down will open of all the available teams and categories that a meeting may take place in. Select 'START' to open a team meeting.
Any role can start a team meeting.
Which team or category do i choose?
To join a meeting, a person must have access to that session, therefore any team or category that has this particular session scheduled may join this meeting.
Select the team or category that you want to hold the team meeting.
Join a team meeting
If a meeting has already started, when you select the Team Meeting button in the session, you will see 'In progress' next to that meeting. If that is the meeting you need to join, simply select join to enter.

There are three key components to the team meeting mode and they will be explained in detail in the below articles.
Stop a meeting
A marker will indicate when you are in the team meeting mode. Team meeting mode can be exited at any time by pressing the 'Stop Team Meeting' button. The team meeting will continue until all the participants have left the meeting.
Problem Reporting
Team Meeting mode is still in Beta. Users can report if they experience any issues on ‘Report problem’ button with detailed information of the issue. Some features of team meeting mode do not work in without flash (usually on Safari browser) and on iOS devices.
