Participants can join an audio conference with everyone else inside the team meeting. All conferences are recorded and can be reviewed at a later date by Administrators.
Once a minimum of two people are in the team meeting, it is possible to start a conference call.
If two people have joined in the meeting, the audio conference button will turn green. Select the start button to begin.
All meeting attendees are visible.
‘In progress’ denotes an active conference. Attendees can mute themselves by clicking the mute button. Select red circle to remove yourself and group admin can remove any member from the team meeting.
