To conduct bulk user maintenance, click on the Bulk Management button and select User Maintenance. Here you can perform specific actions based on the teams and users selected.
You can search for users through teams, emails and names by selecting the cogwheel in the top left hand of the screen.
Once you have found the users - they will appear in the Found Users box. You move users across to the Selected Users box by clicking on the individual, or you can move all users across by clicking Select All. You may also filter users by searching the name in the top free text box.
By clicking the With Selected Users button you will be presented with a drop down menu of options to apply to the selected users.
Add to Teams: You can add selected users in teams.
Disable Notification: Notifications can be disabled for the selected users.
Reset Notification: You reset the default notification for the selected users.
Enable Accounts: Activate the accounts for all the selected users.
Disable Accounts: Deactivate the accounts for all the selected users.
